CARTER SAFARI:

Carter Whitlock is the designer for the CARTER SAFARI name brand. Although currently residing on the West Coast in the state of Oregon, Carter is a true Yankee, born and raised on the East Coast.

Carter is inspired by the bright colors of flowering gardens and the atmosphere of the sea.
